Refund policy

Thank you for supporting Tinytales. Each item is handmade with great care, and as such, small variations and imperfections are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade art.

Please note that Tinytales does not offer returns or refunds unless an item arrives with significant damage not caused by the shipping provider or the customer.

If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Tinytales.toa@gmail.com with photos and details of the issue. Each case will be assessed individually, and if approved, instructions for the return process will be provided.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and any related charges for both the returned and replacement items, if applicable.

Tinytales reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet the above criteria.
