Thank you for supporting Tinytales — every item is handmade with love and care from Aotearoa New Zealand.

Processing Times

All items are handmade, so please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipping. During busy periods (such as collection launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Provider

All orders are shipped with NZ Post from New Zealand.

You’ll receive an email when your order has been sent. Tracking is only available for orders within New Zealand.
For international orders, tracking is not included unless the destination country supports it and the customer selects and pays for tracked shipping at checkout.

Once your parcel has been handed to NZ Post, Tinytales cannot control delivery times or postal delays.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Within New Zealand: 2–5 business days

  • Australia: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

These are estimates only and may vary due to customs, postal delays, or local service conditions.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the parcel arrives in their country. Tinytales is not responsible for these charges or for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Tinytales is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed by the postal carrier. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking (if applicable) and contact NZ Post directly. For further help, you can email tinytales.toa@gmail.com.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Tinytales is not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Packaging & Sustainability

All orders are carefully packed using eco-friendly or recyclable materials whenever possible, ensuring your handmade treasures are protected while being kind to the environment.
